Lux & Union is a creative floral design studio based in Charleston, South Carolina. We specialize in wedding and special event designs and we love making important days even more beautiful. Founded by a Charleston native, we pride ourselves on our knowledge of the lowcountry- it's delightful traditions, charming people, and gorgeous backdrops. We love to incorporate local foraging finds into our creations and we believe in giving back to the abundantly loving local community.

About Laura Union

Laura is the owner and lead designer of Lux & Union. Laura attended the Savannah College of Art and Design before finishing a degree in studio arts from the College of Charleston. She has worked in the event industry for a number of years, primarily as a floral designer but also photographing weddings and events all over Charleston. Her floral arrangements are created with and are indicatve of her artistic eye and love for natural beauty.

Our Give-Back Philosophy: Flowers & Otherwise

We're flower people and flowers make people happy. To give back to the Lowcountry, we buy from local flower farms where we can, compost all flower trimmings, and when possible, we love to give leftover stems and arrangements to businesses or anyone our bride and groom want to spoil.  Flowers bring an unexpected pop of joy. Let's spread that around!

A portion of our proceeds are donated to Compassion in World Farming, The Nature Conservancy, and a rotation of farm animal sanctuaries. We encourage you to research and support organizations that protect and celebrate our amazing planet and all the beings that call it home.
