At the end of 2016 we were invited by the wonderfully talented Alex Thornton to create a bouquet for a styled shoot right here on Folly Beach. I was thrilled to hear that she wanted to use blues and greys and have a pop of an unexpected edge. She left the 'edgy' bit up to me and my brain immediately began thumbing through every plant I know.
On the day of the shoot I woke up early to deliver the bouquet to Alex's house where I met Rosa and Maggie and the four of us giggled with excitement. What a great bunch of gals. What an exciting day! Alex's photo's of the shoot are stunning so it's no surprise they were picked up by Dear Grey and published on their dreamy blog.
We're still giddy about the whole thing.
